We specialize in traditional Japanese Kushiyaki featuring skewered and grilled premium meats, seafood and veggies seasoned with salt, savory tare sauce and house dipping sauces. We prepare our Kushiyaki using "Binchotan"., a high-quality white charcoal. This authentic method of grilling elevates the flavor and texture. Binchotan burns steadily at high temperatures, producing a clean, smoky aroma that enhances the umami of the char-grilled meats without imparting excessive ash or bitterness. Our method allows for perfect charring while retaining juiciness, resulting in a deliciously tender and aromatic bite.
